Personally, I love em. People seem to hate manual RTs opposed to using the RT button but I don’t see what’s the big deal? At least they’re giving you credit and not just stealing your tweet. They get a little credit amongst their followers for passing on a great tweet and you get recognition. The reason I love retweets so much is because it exposes you to a whole new audience that might otherwise have never found you. To professionals, CEOs, feminist, politicians, exes or maybe that one dude that unfollowed you when you first started. I absolutely HATE people that ask for them. It’s my timeline, it reflects me and the personal expression. Don’t try to take that from me. So to anyone who has given me one, manual or otherwise, a big thank you. Shane.
